Jumbo Orders placed via our Website must be ordered with at least 48 hours notice, to allow for creation and process, as well as delivery. For urgent requests please call our store directly at 210-347-2236 and we can assist you.
Delivery fee within San Antonio for your Jumbo is $25. Farther locations extra. Our Delivery times are available Monday through Friday between 9am-12pm or 1-4pm. Jumbos that are needed for Saturdays must be picked up in store and coordinated with our staff. Pick up in-store hours are between 10am and 4pm. If you have a special custom request for your Jumbo we can help you make it extra special, like adapting a certain theme or font! Just give us a call!
DISCLAIMER: Jumbos are 3ft wide! If you choose to come pick up your order, please ensure that you have adequate space in your vehicle to accommodate transporting your Jumbo. Once the balloon is out of our hands we are not longer responsible for the balloon.
