Q. Do you offer customized balloons?

A. Yes! We offer our very popular personalized jumbo balloon which can made in almost any color. The lettering on the jumbo can be customized in different colors and the tassels if ordered with time can be customized to the colors of choice too. Custom colors can also be ordered for an extra cost. 

Q. Can I pick up balloons?

A. Yes! You can come pick up your order at our showroom and workshop! Our address is 10826B Gulfdale St., San Antonio, Texas 78216.

Q. Do you offer delivery?

A. Yes, we deliver for a fee. We have a minimum order of $150 for deliveries. We service San Antonio, and surrounding areas.  

Q. Do you travel?

A. We do travel for a fee. We are happy to go anywhere you needs us to go! Take us to the moon!  

Q. Do you ship orders?

A. Not yet, however we are developing creative balloon kits that will have the capability to be shipped worldwide!

A. Yes! You can visit us at 10826B Gulfdale St., San Antonio, Texas 78216. 

Q. How do I order Balloons?

A. You can either fill out a request form on our CONTACT page to place an order, or give us a call at 210-347-2236.

Q. How soon will I receive a response?

A.  We receive a lot of request during the week and weekends. We have our “office hours” from Monday to Thursday from 10am - 5pm. Calls and emails received during these times will be answered as soon as possible. Friday and Saturdays are our install days and we are out on the town dressing up San Antonio with Balloons and we are unable to answer any inquiries during these days. Please note we are closed on Sundays.

Q. Will you fill balloons I already have?

A. We do not inflate balloons brought to us.

Q. What if I want to cancel my installation decor?

A. We do not offer refunds for installs or deliveries. There is a $250 non-refundable deposit for all installs to secure the date. If you need to change the date of your event you may do so, but please know that dates are first come first serve. If you no longer need balloons for an install we can do a balloon creation for the amount of your deposit. 

Q. Do you come back and take down installations?

A. Typically we do not take down any of our installs, unless a prop is rented from us which we will then to go back to venue or party site to collect. But if you would like for us to take down we do offer this for a tear-down fee.
